Welcome Back postponed again

Anees Bazmee’s Welcome Back has been postponed yet. The film that was first scheduled to be out in theatres along with Aamir Khan’s PK, was postponed to January next year. Now there are reports that the film has been pushed to February 2015.

The John Abraham film has been postponed because of delays to the shooting schedule of the film. Welcome Back was supposed to be wrapped up by August this year, but shooting delays has meant that the film needs around 4 months to be complete.

Starring John, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Paresh Rawal and Shruthi Hassan, Welcome Back is the sequel to Akshay Kumar’s 2007 super-hit Welcome. John has replaced Akshay in the sequel.

The final release date hasn’t been announced.

  • @Arjun kapoor
My BB prediction is going to be missed by 25crs..and if BB had a better WOM,then 200crs was on.
But what about ur Fanny prediction?
    100crs for fanny!Lol
It got superb reviews,everything..still it falls short of ur prediction by 70crs…lol
And now 205crs for MSD Biopic..?
    Atleast i don’t make such irrational predictions…

  • I request everyone here to completely ignore this @Arjun kapoor..like the way Rancho n group were ignoring Silencer in 3i..
He is mentally unstable,a big retard!

  • @ Arjun kaoor nobody can bash me cuz i dnt do useless or mindless comments like you. i mean i am in love and i dnt care if anybody bash me i cant give him/her reply anytime like i did in past. so dnt think i cant reply you just wait till i will become normal in love but chances are low cuz wo mohabbat hi kya jisme deewanagi naa ho, jaan lo ke jaan do.

  • @ArjunKapoor seems lyk u forgot finding fanny verdict before release he was shouting and irritating lyk he’ll ab aaya na line pe

  • indicine you said not many can dare to clash with a srk film, can they. lol its funny since just 2 years back in 2012, Ajay Devgn not only clashed with srk’s jab tak hai jaan but also almost crossed its lifetime figure. stop sugar coating the khans all the time. khans are nothing but media pampered pests.

  • sakhi you are a srk sucker. everybody is afraid of taking panga with aamir because they don’t want to take suicide attempt by crashing their film with aamir storm. welcome back has small star john. forget welcome back even the young superstar RK postponed his BB to next year. that’s the power of king aamir. look at your lungiwala, no body is afraid to clash with him because he is a small star. remember, ajay devgn( the actor who is not a big star) clashed his SOS with your king kong star 2 years back???????????? because no one is afraid to clash with him. but anyways HNY will be another ra.one and supper flop despite no clash. but PK will be ATBB and king AAMIR will keep ruling Bollywood as he has been since he started his career.

  • R20..media pampered pests..really?? Jai Ho..despite unknown actress, crap music and mixed WOM ran only on Salman Khan’s name and made 116crs.. Whereas your Akki’s Holiday despite a good storyline, positive WOM and good music could make only 110crs..that’s the difference!!!

  • @R20 also wrt Akshay..he has not been able to give a 20cr opening..HR, Ajay Devgan and even Ranbir were able to do it..truth is that in case of Akshay..after every Holiday..he comes up with an Entertainment..thus neutral fans don’t watch his movies because of his choice of movies..which aren’t consistent like an Aamir Khan or HR..

I am not an Akki hater..but this reply was needed for an idiot like you who can’t see the contributions made by the Khans to our cinema..

  • @sid original
Holiday collected more than Jai ho by every source…It’s a fact!
    Jai ho-112crs
    Holiday-113crs

  • @sidorginal let me tell you Hrithik & Ajay films opened above 20cr+ on national holidays & coming to ranbir films yes yjhd was superb and besharam did 20+ Bcoz of national of national holiday & after that u too know Wat happend to besharam and ur saying akki movies didn’t cross 20cr none of his movies got big or national holiday ouatimd had but it was released in 1000 screens on 15th August so better check some facts before saying about akki he is not star who runs behind holidays and hike ticket price to earn money wait for his films in 2015 Brothers releasing on national holiday 2nd October then u will came to know how holiday plays important part in opening !!!

  • @Ajinkya..i am not an Akki hater..but this @R20 was badmouthing the Khans..i expected Holiday to take a big opening as all the Post IPL releases have done well..also Akki was appearing after a long gap..but still it could get only 10cr opening..Also Blue took a great opening when it was released in 2009..so we all know the power of Akki, if he gets a single holiday release!! so please keep calm!!!

  • @ajinkya mindless akki fans and srk fans only know how to degrade cinema and the actors who contribute the indian cinema, because their stars don’t do anything like critically acclaim movies, so they spread jealousy and negativities towords aamir. look moron, I don’t know you are male or female, so I will abuse you in both lings. Pk would beat any big film no matter when they release, your star akki is nothing in front of aamir. aamir is trend setter. founder of 100cr, 200 cr, and 280 cr. your akki is a flop king who knows nothing except doing same mindless comedies and vheap action movies. don’t compare apple with orange. get lost you moron.
