After impressing her fans in ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’, Priyanka Chopra is all set to start her next project ‘Gangaajal 2’. The actress had a few weeks back released the first look of the film in which she will be playing a hardcore cop.
Priyanka, who will also be seen in Bajirao Mastani soon, posted the news of her film on social networking site Twitter. Priyanka Chopra said, “To start a new journey is always a little scary..but so exciting.. Can’t wait to start #Gangajal2 day after! @prakashjha27 #NewBeginnings.”
Directed by Prakash Jha, Gangaajal 2 is the sequel to the 2003 film Gangaajal, which starred Ajay Devgn in the lead role. The film focusses on the corruption and negative aspects of the society. Hopefully, the sequel and Priyanka’s performance will be as loved by everyone as the first part.

Gangaajal is one of the Best Movies of Ajay Devgn, one of the Best Performance of Ajay in his career and one of the Best movie on Police Force . It has gained a Cult status in the last 12 years . This movie made Prakash Jha popular . Ajay is one of my most favourite Actors along with Hrithik and i badly miss him in G2 . I still feel this movie cannot be made without Ajay but Prakash Sir is the Best person to decide who is the Best for the sequel . It is interesting to see a Women Oriented movie which is based on Police Force . I hope this movie is as brilliant as Mardaani or even better . Prakash Jha’s current movies have not been up to the mark so i hope he gives a solid sequel to the audiences . Priyanka is one of the most versatile Actresses of Bollywood along with Vidya and Kangana . It is a cult..hope the movie succeeds but i dont think its sequel can match its level..leave surpassing it… Gangajal kind of movies are made once in a lifetime
priyanka can do police officer roal but srk doesnt…. he is nt man enough to do that.. all he can do is to put lipstic n entrtain his girlish fans ..
Waiting for another superb performance by PC.. She was damn good in DDD.. I hope people don’t compare this prequel as nobody can ever replace Ajay Sir!!!
