Hindi Film Industry superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar are the only two Indians in the ’World’s 100 Highest-Paid Celebrities’ list - which was released by Forbes on Tuesday (12 July).
With earnings of $33 million (Rs 221.3 crore) last year, Shah Rukh Khan is ranked No. 86 on the list. This includes his earnings from films and brand endorsements.
Akshay Kumar is ranked at No. 94, with earnings of $31.5 million (Rs 210.6 crore). No other Indian celebrity featured in the World’s Top 100.
Forbes figures are said to be based on numbers from Nielsen, Pollstar, Box Office Mojo, Songkick, and IMDB, as well as interviews with industry insiders and many of the stars themselves.
American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift is the World’s Highest Paid celebrity with estimated earnings of $170 million (Rs 1140 crore) in the last one year. One Direction takes the No. 2 spot, with earnings of $110 million (Rs 737 crore), followed by author James Patterson at the third spot with $95 million (Rs 637 crore).
The annual Celebrity 100 ranking includes global talent from across entertainment, media and sports, with over one-third of the celebrities from outside the United States of America.
akshay is one man industry. .he earned 200 crores and gave 400 crores as profit to bollywood
SRK is doing one film a year but has several endorsements and Akshay does 3 films and several endorsements.
They should earn minm 50 million us dollar.

That is why I believe that any one thinking that SRK’s life has gone miserable and as if his world has ended just because of few under-performing moves, that person lives in a fool’s world. He has achieved so much in his life that we just cannot imagine that even in our dreams.
Not just SRK or Akshay but would also say that about Salman, Amir and Ajay that stop hanging a sword over these guys all the times as if they still have to prove anything. Stop being always demanding and just cherish that these guys are still doing top job.
Every time I read about SRK made this and that mistake, could not select universally accepted scripts, may lose his third position etc etc I honestly feel sick. Agreed that he made mistakes but is not he human like us and can make mistakes too? Is he deliberately selecting wrong scripts so that he goes behind Salman and Amir and will be happy about it? Who cares he made few mistakes and may lose his third position? I do not. Just give the guy a break. Yesterday I saw him coming for a one hour #AskSRK session and I saw his fans (including me) literally going crazy for him to say just a ‘hi’ in reply. That is what it matters to me that he is still there for us.
Same way always the same talk about Amir having less fans/ being lucky, Sallu a non-actor, Ajay having less fans/not big enough star and Akshay not able to cross 150 cr etc etc makes me feel bad the same way.
Believe me all these guys have great families and they are enjoying their lives in a much better way then we are and are loved by numerous fans across the globe. They are loved by so many people that we cannot imagine. Just as an example, I saw so much love yesterday in that one hour Ask session so I cannot believe that SRK would be down or miserable in any way. No one cannot be if you are loved by so many people around you.
So just stop demanding from these guys all the time, stop being critical about their mistakes/shortcomings and just enjoy they are still there and making us happy.
And believe me they are living splendid lives. Anybody coming here and bashing them and feeling happy that he has put these guys down is a fool. It does not make an iota of a difference to what we say here at Indicine or twitter.

Both are shit of epic proportions,instead Salman,Aamir & Hrithik should be there in the list if its authentic,as Salman for minimum guarantee of money back,Aamir for quality & Hrithik for the scale & grand.
SRK earns by dancing in wedding. Akshay earns by doing multiple films.
