Considered to be the sexiest and fitness couple in the industry, actors John Abraham and Bipasha Basu released Bipasha’s Fitness DVD titled Love Yourself.

Bipasha had some advice to share on being fit “Be strong and healthy, love yourself. Make time for your own self. Looking good is an extra bonus. If your health is good, every aspect of your life is fantastic. Your focus in life is better; you achieve your goals faster. Exercising and eating right is a big challenge. But we have to accept this challenge, if we love ourselves.”

Talking about the DVD targeted at the females Bips said “Even though I have targeted this DVD towards women, if guys want they can try too! John once tried some of the exercises and he was blown away.”
