Kaabil Day 3 Box Office Report

Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil has had a good hold on Day 3 at the box office, collecting Rs 9.77 crore as per official figures released by Filmkraft Productions.

The trend is good with the business falling by just 5% from Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday will be the biggest test for the film. Big growth has to come, ideally in the 30-40% range and if that doesn’t happen, the film will struggle to put up a good total by the end of its run.

The family audience are expected to come out in bigger numbers today and tomorrow, this should help the film get to a total of 60 crore plus by the end of its extended 5-day weekend.

    BOI UPDATE

  • Kaabil has done good business in the first 3 days . Next day after national holiday you always expect collections to drop . Today and tomorrow are crucial for both the films as both the movies can take advantage of weekends . I expect Kaabil to do amazing business on Saturday and Sunday . Cheers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is very good for industry as witout EDX combine collection will cross 250+….

    BTW agar RR ji to kaabil ka collection 250 cr karne me lage hue hain….

    Best of luck to the both films for upcoming days as it will be crucial for LBO….

    Hope both emerge as a success…

  • Its a very good collection for a film like kaabil considering its budget…. the film will be in safe zone once it cross the 75cr mark…. i think 110 will be the final number when it finishes its rum at the box office….. it can grow if today n tomorrow will be exceptional…. I hope the best for kaabil as its a really good film by a outstanding brilliant acting by hrithik…. he simply puts a paisa wasool performance…. hats off man for such a fantastic performance….. n yes for those idiots who r saying the figure is manipulated…. guys plz check taran Adarsh statement…. he has clearly wrote in his twitter….. btw if filmkraft puts the bigger number then they will have to pay bigger tax…. i guess one fool can do this…. not filmkraft

  • So called ethical man rakesh roshan again showed that how ethical he is by manuplating 3rd day collection around 40% means 7.50cr converted in to 9.77cr. Wow and some people blindly support him & his false allegations. for success he can went to any level sir in previous interview you said that you want to quite bollywood. Now to see your ethics drama and continusaly manuplation i fill this is a right time to quit

  • Day 1 07.5
    Day 2 15.0
    Day 3 07.5

    3 day true net unmanipulated collection is 29-30 crores.

    Day 1: 20.5
    Day 2: 26.5
    Day 3: 14.0

    3 day true net unmanipulated collection is 61 Crores.

  • Good hold, but Kaabil ‘will have’ to collect at least 30 cr in next two days in order to land itself into a safe zone.

  • Roshans concern is not how good performing Kaabil but their ethics concern how Raees would have been underperform…hahaha

  • Iam a big fan of Hrithik. Liked Kaabil, but I believe Film Kraft production is king of MANIPULATION.
    Why there always a difference in Trade & Production figures.
    Remember
    Krish 3 :: Trade (181) vs Prod.(244) >> 33% inflated.
    BangBang :: Trade (141) vs Prod.(181). >> 28% inflated.
    Now, KAABIL :: Trade (31) vs Prod (38+) >> already 25%+ manipulation.

    Never seen such huge difference bw the 2 figures.
    Raees :: these figures are equal. Same as it was for dangal & sultan.

    Hrithik is good enough to pull the crowd to movie hall. Dont need manipulations.

  • It’s all Amir Khans fault.
    He raises the bar so high and when nobody gets there ,its really disappointing as a movie fan.
    Both Raees and Kabil are not even 50% of Sultan or 20% of The Dangal

  • Guys, Rakesh roshan sir really has got pride and dignity otherwise this movie would have already grossed 100 crores by now. Only god knows how much collection would he have told about his movies if not for trade box office to stand against his collection.On a serious note, Movie deserves at least a hit verdict for performance of his son. I liked the climax part a lot. Also, I would not be surprised if he arranged a success party soon going by his collection . Anything can happen in this industry lol.

  • Flop movie. 1st half is really boring. Gets a little bit interesting when the revenge plot starts but then again gets very repetitive. If you haven’t seen it yet. Save your money. Just watch Dangal again you wont regret the decision

  • People are dancing on the beats of ‘Manipulation’ just like they were dancing on ‘intolerance’ few months back.

    But my question is, who is going to decide if a producer is indulge in inflating the box-office figures?

    BOI ..? Credibility ????

    Trade analysts..??? Credibility..???

    Websites like Indicine, Bollywood Hungama …?? Credibility???

    Truth is, we don’t have any credible source or methodology which can give the actual box-office collections of a movie?
    So why shouldn’t we stick to official figures (which is way more convenient to follow) instead of getting into this manipulation debate???
