she is my most favourite. …..my favourite is always cocktail….followed by CE and LAK
cocktail without any doubt. i liked meera’s character more but as an actress deepika was briliant.

From the movies i saw of Deepika…..
Chennai Express – Brilliant……….she simply nailed it to perfection with her diction and act.
Bajirao Mastani – Excellent……..she moved and played like it was Mastani herself.
Ram Leela – first half okay…..her second half act of a matured character was not convincing……Ranveer was brilliant in it.
Love Aaj Kal – nothing to write about…just okay.
Karthik Calling Karthik – the act where she is drunk was, i felt, excellent…..
She has a knack of doing brilliant with characters that has special nuances….hence her drunken act in KcK….or Mastani…….or CE stands out.
I was completed put off by her dialogue deliveries in Race 2……so amateurish she was….
She has, after that steadily improved with every movie………….and hopefully she has many more surprises in stock.
srk fans showing their stupidity. how can ce is her best performence? they don’t find difference between highest grossing and best acting. deepika had almost all shades of acting in cocktail. she was an alone girl in the movie what she does in her life like sleeping with saif without marriage was reason of her aloneness that’s why she helps meera. comic, sensitive, brave, tragic you find these shades only in cocktail.
Tamasha, by some distance, followed by Piku and Bajirao Mastani. Not to forget that ther wasn’t much to chose between all three of them, each was brilliant in its own way.

I didn’t like her in OSO, but she won my me as fan with the role from Karthik Calling Karthik… after this one, I will say, Cocktail, Ram-Leela, YHJD and CE.
