Alone showed decent growth in business over the weekend, but because the opening was on the lower side, the box office prospects of the film will now depend on how well it sustains over the weekdays.
The Bipasha Basu starrer has collected Rs 11.75 crore in its opening weekend. The film has to collect around 27-30 crore to be fairly decent success at the box office.

As expected, Alone has done well at mass-centres where films that have sexual content along with horror generally open well, but multiplexes were low throughout the weekend. The reports are mixed too and unless such films carry good reports, the multiplex audience usually tend to give it a skip.

I watched Alone and it wasn’t as bad as it’s being made out to be. Certainly better than what I expected. Ok movie for those who don’t mind watching Bipasha in a sex-horror film.

Alone is a horror movie and bipasha is a bhoot in the movie. King also made a bhootwala movie named paheli and played the character of the bhoot. Afterall king is versatile actor.

Watched it in theaters (single screen) yesterday… There were almost negligible people in the hall & the nearby seats besides me were empty.. I was scared to hell while seeing ALONE..
INTERVAL was of much needed help & I changed my seat after that to where some people sat..
