Akshay Kumar has opted out of Omung Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Five’, after the actor decided against doing the film because of date issues. Industry sources say, Akshay liked the script but couldn’t do the film because of his packed schedule in 2017.
The superstar, who is currently shooting for his next film ‘Jolly LLB 2’, will be working on two Neeraj Pandey films ‘Crack’ and ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’. He also has the big-budget and keenly-awaited film ‘Robot 2.0’ where he will be seen sharing screen-space with Tamil superstar Rajnikanth.
After a highly-successful 2016 with 3 back-to-back hits in ‘Airlift’, ‘Housefull 3’ and ‘Rustom’, Akshay looks forward to what could well be the biggest year of his career in 2017.

After a long time I have heard the news of Akshay walking out of a movie . It is a really good decision as Omung Kumar is not a solid director as he could not do justice to Mary Kom and Sarbjit . Five has been officially announced for 26th Jan 2018 and now with Akshay not doing whether somebody will replace him or the film will be shelved remains to be seen . 2017 is looking huge for Akshay with Jolly LLB 2, Crack, Toilet Ek Prem Katha and Robot 2.0 .
Akshay Kumar is the real daredevil superstar who can dare to release his movies on non holiday with or without clash unlike some “GIGASTAR”s who give epic disasters on non holidays.These “GIGASTARS” can max give SEMI HITS on Non holidays(majorly gives flops).

If Akshay Kumar is not doing Five then Big B Should do it. Beside Akshay, Big B is the one who Can perfectly live up to this character. I think Big B does not have date issues.
Aamir, Salman, Shahrukh, Ajay also have packed schedule, don’t know much about Hrithik. So There is only one actor left who can do this role and this is Bollywood’s King Amitabh – Who is ruling Bollywood for more than 40 years.

Actually The Word ‘Against’ used by indicine does not Suit in Title. It Conveys the message that Akshay rejected Five for another movie. Five was offerred to him when he had already signed TEPK and CRACK.
Five will be a good movie I think. A person doing five character is certainaly interesting and It’s genre is also exciting. Have watched Tamil Actor Vikram’s Aparichit earlier. Heard He has done 2 different characters in IruMugan also.
