Review:

Hero Venkatesh is coming back after a gap of over a year. The film is a typical Venkatesh film with love and family drama.

The hero Ganesh (Venkatesh) is from a middle class background. His modest academic qualifications do not land him a job. He falls in love with Keerthi (Trisha) who is a software engineer. He manages to secure a job in the same firm where Keerthi is employed. Vasu (Sriram) is a good friend of Ganesh. Kota Srinivasa plays his father and he is not happy with the way his son is going about in life.

The hero accompanies the heroine on an official trip to Australia where he tells Keerthi that he is in love with her. She however rejects his love saying that she is going to marry her brother-in-law soon. The hero is dejected and Kota tries to impress upon Keerthi to accept the love of his son. The heroine is angry and accidentally slaps both Kota and Ganesh. Kota dies that same night due to a heart attack. This drives the hero into depression. His friend Vasu takes him to his house to try and bring him to normalcy.

The story takes a twist here as Vasu is none other than the brother-in-law of Keerthi.

Keerthi’s family is very orthodox and her grandfather K Vishwananth wants to marry them off soon. He learns that Keerthi is also in love with Ganesh and chides her and asks Ganesh to leave the house. However, in the end, everything falls into place and Ganesh and Keerthi get married.

Postivies:?

The action by Venkatesh is quite impressive. All the other actors from Trisha to K Vishwanath do their job very well. The film is quite fast paced in the first half. The snake episode between Venkatesh and Swathi is quite hilarious.

Negatives:?

There is nothing bad as such in the film. The slow pace of songs is one minor irritation. Some scenes like people relieving themselves on the road are not quite amusing. The film moves at a very slow pace in the second half. The film with its clean entertainment is likely to do well in class ‘A’ centers while in class B and C it may not do that well. All in all, it is a movie that is worth watching.
