Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani has collected 47 crores in it’s second week, which is the 2nd highest second week business in history. Behind Aamir Khan’s 2009 classic 3 Idiots, which collected Rs 56 crore in it’s second week.
The two week total now stands at a mind-boggling figure of Rs 153.5 crores, making it the 3rd highest grosser of all time. The film, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, is only behind blockbusters like 3 Idiots, Ek Tha Tiger and Dabangg 2.
YJHD will now be the film to beat this year for biggies like Chennai Express, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobara, Krrish 3, Dhoom 3 and Ranbir’s Besharam.

A Universal appealing movies like Krrish 3 and Dhoom 3 must do 275Cr-300Cr other wise as a hrithik fan even i will not call it as BB or ATBB
A 50Cr movie like YJHD collected 154Cr in 2 week run and
A 40Cr movie like 3 idiots collected 202Cr
So a 100Cr+ movies like Krrish 3 and Dhoom3 should collect 275Cr-300Cr its the target its a goal
Other wise some are predicting 185 Cr and 200Cr ok wat ever your prediction but the real stamina and boxoffice power will be shown who crosses 300Cr these low level figures means it will be underplay for such movies
Yjhd do such a extraordinary business beacaus 1st major release after himmatwala which is rejected, poor performance of 2nd week release of ypd2, and finally by the grace of summer holiday benifitted for post ipl season. Basaram is not youth oriented if it col more than 150cr than we can easily say ranbir is dangoures for recent superstar, i hope shahid will give a tough challenge with ppnh and rr.
