Welcome Back has collected Rs 51 crore in its first weekend at the box office, the third highest weekend collections after ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (102.6 crore) and ‘Brothers’ (52.08 crore).
The Salman Khan starrer released on 4100 screens, Akshay’s Brothers released on 3500 screens and Welcome Back is playing on 3200 screens across the country.
Looking at the trends and occupancy for the morning shows on Monday, Welcome Back looks certain to cross the 100 crore mark at the domestic box office.
