The day started on a high note for all comedy lovers in the country as actor Anil Kapoor reconfirmed the release date of ‘Welcome Back’.
The movie, directed by Anees Bazmi is the sequel to ‘Welcome’ which starred Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Paresh Rawal, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor and Mallika Sherawat. ‘Welcome Back’ on the other hand has Paresh, Nana and Anil who will be joined by John Abraham and Shruti Haasan.
The movie’s release date was confirmed to be 4th September this year. The film was due to release in December last year, but got delayed.
Anil tweeted “We’re all set to tickle your funny bones on the 4th of Sept. Get set for hilarity with #WelcomeBack”
Will the sequel be funnier than the first blockbuster? Fins out on September 4.

Thank god the release date has finally been announced.. So now rocky handsome will not release on 2 nd October as the gap will not be more than 1 month..lets see how this movie has shaped.

Akki-kat pair which give extraordinary hype to movie
I am glad that WB is releasing on 4th September . Shaandaar was supposed to release on this date but it has been postponed to Dussehra . I will definitely miss Akshay in WB . He played the Sophisticated and Decent Rajiv in a perfect manner . I will watch this movie for Nana, Anil and Paresh . All of them were brilliant as Uday, Majnu and Ghungroo . I will wait for the trailer to see whether it is better than Welcome or not . I am desperately waiting to see a Entertaining Comedy movie for a long time and i hope Welcome Back will provide the audiences the much needed laughter .

There is no need for akshay kumar in welcome back.. Bcoz in welcome, akshay had very little to do… He was only a gentle man in welcome… Maximum comedy scenes were done by nana,anil and paresh rawal…
John can easily replace akki if there is same role like akki in welcome..
But john can never replace Akki in hera pheri 3..
