Welcome Back was steady on its 4th day, collecting Rs 7.52 crore at the domestic box office. The film is performing well all over, even though collections at multiplexes were down because of the drop in ticket prices.
The first week collections of Welcome Back will be somewhere around the 77 crore mark. The second weekend business of the film will decide if Welcome Back will go on to be a clean hit or better at the box office.

@Arnab tum bhi yar kamal karte h. Brothers is a flop. It’s everywhere. Leave akshay to stick with his franchise. There was no way Akshay could do that role better than ajay. It’s unthinkable. Outimd Akshay kept on talking and talking. Ouatim Ajay body language , style ,eye movement and using his feet to rock that chair was just something else. No comparism pls. They are not mates.

Due to bajarangi bhaijaan storm ,big films lyk drishyam,brothers,phantom,welcome back are underperforming.due to national holidays they get,so they cross 50cr.welcome back collects 50cr due to 2 and half holiday in weekend.and it cant cross 100cr.max. avg to semi hit.
its became a trend from 2010 that after eid,diwali,chirstmas any movie releasing inside a mnth 90% goes to flop.

Usually sequels become a big hit..but with wb it has turned a blockbuster to an average movie and the reason being john the superstar..akki is missed badly in the film..thanks to his great work in the prequel at least the movie is collecting something..akki is giving some sort of employment ti the jobless people like john abraham(thrice),abhishek bacchan hera pheri will be ruined completely..and i guess he still might be busy working as he has announced a new movie with neeraj pandey..a romantic thriller called rustom for aug release..so sorry folks no time to listen your hatred saying this on behalf of akki and expect some stupid comments in response..line up for akki airlift housefull3 rustom and namaste england..waiting for much more fun next year..

missing – akshay kumar, pure comedy, family material(without dialogues like lipping, 3rd marriage,incest,etc) RDX
improvement- Paresh ,nana, anil roles have improved. actress is pretty and john actually isnt that bad and looks good as gangster.
30% jokes were funny, rest were forced. Better Anees films are no problem,thank you, welcome, singh is king,etc.
would have been better if they had taken akshay and not played same story again. for script requirement, they made a girl and boy come from out of nowhere(literally)
best scenes were those shown of welcome and the scene where paresh makes fun of nana and anil.
Watch if you are deprived of laughs or miss that era,otherwise watch rerun of welcome.
all akshay films from that era are getting sequels.

Still believe 110 cr is tough.. if hero is liked by audience wb wld end around 100 cr!! If hero fails then wb shd do 110 cr !! 120 cr is out of reach!! Personally liked the movie with only the climax and songs being bad!! Deserves to earn more than 100 cr atleast!!

Ajay never overacts. Read the comments Akshay words and words while Ajay hardly talked his action using his body language alone sums up everything. Anybody wouldv done eemran role john abhay saif shahid even akshay after all most movies they act together the difference is clear in terms of dominance. Greatest achievement of Akki is being asked to do a franchise of Ajay movie. Abhi taak bacha hai akki Ajay ki samne. It hurts you I know sorry bro but no match at all!
