I want to make a film like ‘Spiderman’ says Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan says he wants to make a film like ‘Ra One’, even though the first film was critically thrashed and didn’t do as well as it was expected to do at the box office.

“I would like to give another shot at ‘Ra.One’. I hope I am not too old to do it because I thought as a team it was a step forward in film making. Lot of people may not think so, but I know filmmaking and perhaps it didn’t go well, so I would like to give it another shot to win the hearts”

Shah Rukh said that though there is no storyline as such in his mind, but visual-effects wise, they are way ahead of where they were when Ra One was made.

“Since I am adamant and stubborn I will make another ‘Ra.One’ for sure. It will be interesting to make one but at this point of time we don’t have any story. ‘Ra.One’ didn’t go to the level that I wanted it to, but films like ‘Krrish’ and all encourages you,” he added.

The actor said, he wants to do something like ‘Spiderman’ this time around.

“If we can get a good mix and blow your mind alike when you see a ‘Spider Man’ you are like wow. I hope we can do something like that in India. I will give it a shot,” he added.

    totally agreed with you.

Matt Damon was just brilliant as Jason Bourne in the trilogy. He brings so much vulnerability and calculated risk taking during fight action scenes is incredible. A reason why 4th Bourne looks so dull and boring wihtout him. Jeromy just could not even bring 50% of Matt’s creativity, vunerability and instinctiveness to the role.

Without Matt Damon, Jason Bourne do not exist at all. So happy, Greengrass is returning along with Matt. To me this is the movie of the summer. Nothing comes close to it. No SULTANA in bikini or some unknown bootlegger off gujarat coast.

1st better than 2nd better than 3rd until the whole thing fell apart in courth

    ULTIMATUM (3rd) >> SUPERMACY (2nd) >> IDENTITY (1st) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>LEGACY (4th)

& who can ever forget “extreme ways” by Moby. Absolute chartbuster.

  • All the first 3 parts were superb. But my most favorite is the second part.

That car chase scene in Russia at the end of movie was outstanding. But the best scenes were which involved the human elements like the scenes following the killing of his girlfriend (in the begining of movie) where he is burning all their photos but then folds and keeps one with himself.

And the last scene of the movie (after the car chase scene) where he visits the daughter of one of his victims and apologizes and tells her that it was him who killed his father. Those scenes (in addition to the action scenes) really lifted the movie.

Loved the second part the most and hoping this fifth part matches that second one.

  • @ Khan at 4:32 am : I loved second the most, then first and third almost equally. All three were great so different ppl will have different sequence.

And yes Extreme Ways by Moby was fabulous.
