Thats not the right way to judge the best song.
Because every Srk fan vote for Srk’s songs & Salman’s fan for Salman’s song.But in this lots of good songs like Sada Haq dont get any chance of wining.
And it will became the poll for counting number of fans of a particular star on this site.
For better result you should create a list of Films according to there album’s collections in market.
This will clears that which films songs are most liked by ppl.

@Sandeep, agree. But we can’t really do much about it. Still going by the previous polls that we have held on the website… initially the ‘fans’ vote. But slowly, you will notice that the other songs also pick up.
To ensure the voting is fair, we also have a system in place through which a user can’t vote twice. Let’s see how it goes :)
Regarding the market collections, I think you mean sales of a particular album. Well, that’s difficult to track. Also, this is for the best song.. so doesn’t make much sense as there could be two nominated songs in one album.

there is no match to salman starpower because song like chammak challo has two big names attached to it that is srk and akon but dissapointly it still manages to be equal to salman khan song teri meri. on many other sites teri meri is no. 1. even on youtube teri meri has 8 million views where as chammak challo has only 3 million views go look it right now. in my opinion teri meri is the best song of the year and sadda haq is no. 2 not because of singer but because of ranbir’s extraordinary performance.

Its not only Srk+Akon,also srk used to many publicity stunts like ‘He leaked his own song & prompted news in media that his song Chamk challo get hacked’.No wonder because he always use such cheap publicity stunts for promoting his films.
As Sandeep said its not a right way to peak a best song because here number fans matter there lots of people who are not aware of that kind of polls.
May be ‘Chamk Challo’ win here because of number of fans of Srk are more here(only here who participates in such polls) but if you see through out India ‘Teri Meri’ is much much popular than ‘Cham Challo’.
Its a heart touching song,not like ‘Cham challo’ which is not suited in films sitution also,no any Indian can beliave that a leady is dancing on such song whose husband is expired two months ago.
Chammak Challo is deserving..it did catch India’s nerves..and was welcome Unianimously..
