Bollywood actress Vidya Balan was spotted wearing a strange looking Vaishali S outfit during the launch of Ranka Jewellers’s newest store in Mumbai.
Though Vidya branched out and tried out something different than her usual ethnic style, the unkempt hair, the outfit, heavy jewellery was a fashion faux pas and failed to bring out the regular grace of the actress.
