Film was delayed bcoz kashyap couldnt get Arjun Kapoor on board as he would have suited the film the most even if it was a cameo role…!
On a serious note film will flop due to PK so what a terrible decision by producers- should have released it alongside Tevar and could have benefited through mass audience rejection of Tevar…!

Looks 10x better than TALAASH as a suspense thriller.
If P.K. is short on content, UGLY will sneak in. I am glad that Kashyup is releasing this in Holidays to give Aamir & P.K. a strong competition.
GOW should have released in Christmas too, Both PART I & II total would have been 100+ crores.
Content driven film makers like Kashyup, Dibaker, Ghosh etc need not be afraid of Superstar AAMIR, SALMAN, SHAH RUKH who secure holidays to get huge weekend opening.
They should be given stiff competition. I just hope UGLY crosses 60 crores!

Suicidal decision by Kashyap to release it right after PK..also this new trailer wasn’t as gritty as the first one which was fabulous..
