Last week’s release Humshakals is the 5th highest first week grosser of 2014, ahead of films like Heropanti, Main Tera Hero and Ragini MMS 2, but lower than Jai Ho, Holiday, Gunday and 2 States.
The Sajid Khan directed film had the 3rd widest release this year, with the screen-count only lower than Jai Ho and Holiday.
It remains to be seen if this week’s release Ek Villain, which has taken a excellent start, can make it to the Top 5.

I am very sad and disgusted to know that indian filmmakers are plagiarising our films without giving us credit.This is utter shameful.I hope that they will realise their wrong deeds and stop this in future,otherwise we Koreans will also remake some bollywood films like lootera,guzaarish,the lunchbox,queen without your permission.
