Top 10 Actor Actress – September 2012

Ormax Media has released their star rankings for September 2012. As expected, Salman Khan tops the list, what with Ek Tha Tiger collecting close to 200 crores at the box office. Akshay Kumar and Shahrukh Khan retain the second and third spot respectively. With the super-success of Barfi, Ranbir Kapoor leapfrogs two superstars Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan, to take the 4th spot.

No real surprises in the actress star rankings either. Katrina Kaif otps, following by Kareena, Priyanka and Aishwarya. Kajol’s last big release was the disastrous ‘We Are Family’ in 2010, yet she climbs one spot up to take the 5th spot.

  • I don’t believe in this list.. and is the valuation according to box office collections or according to performances?

If According to performances, then male should be:

    1) Amitab Bachchan
    2) Hrithik Roshan
    3) Shahrukh Khan
    4) Ranbir Kapoor
    5) Aamir Khan
    6) Salman Khan
    7) Emraan Hashimi
    8) Akshay Kumar
    9) Ajay Devgan
    10) Shahid Kapoor

    Female:

    1) Madhuri Dixit
    2) karina Kapoor
    3) Aishwariya Rai
    4) Kajol
    5) Katrina Kaif
    6) Priyanka Chopra
    7) Rani Mukerji
    8) Vidya Balan

Deepika & Sonakshi can’t be from top 10

Sonakshi is a very new face in bollywood.. Deepika hmmm.. nothing special in her acting

  • The actors list is Ok, but it looks unauthentic, and the actresses list is also not based on facts. How come aged actresses like Aishwarya Rai Bachen, Kajol or Madhuri have better places in this list.

Katrina Kaif can at the most count on her looks but her acting skills are flat, whereas Vidya Balan is far superior performer in terms of portrayal of most complex characters in the films.

Maduri was a good actress and was at her peak in 1980s and 1990s but now at the most people will not like see the past actress in the lead role and she would be better seen in character roles.

Salman Khan is a very senior actor and stills Top slot, he deserves it, he is nearing 50 years of age and still looks hand some & we wish him best of luck. We wish to see KhanSb him a better roles rather than routine action films.

Shahrukh Khan is another senior and talented star but somehow struggling to achieve the desired levels. His past movies were far better than present flicks. He should avoid science fiction like Ra-one which was a role not for this Khan, and better suited on John Abraham or a younger fellow.

We utterly disagree to the position so assigned to Amitabh Bacchen, he is above all actors and a class of its own. Amitabh has graced even more with passage of time and he can be compared with legends like Dilip Kumar sahib and other legendary Bollywood stars.

  • According to me best actors :-
    1. SRK
    2. Sallu
    3. Akshay
    4. Aamir
    5. Hritik
    6. Ajay D
    7. Ranbir
    8. Emraan H
    9. Imraan K
    10. Saif Ali Khan

  • My name is Justin Negron, I’m in MAT 1575 Section 6637, and I chose Salman Khan’s video Let’s use video to reinvent eadcution. The main idea of the video is prove how teaching in a classroom isn’t the only way a student can learn a topic. Mr. Khan encourages the use of technology to teach worldwide! One thing I liked was his encouragement to teachers to give students video lecture’s to watch at home on their own time and at their own pace, then having them do what use to be a homework assignment in the classroom. Another thing I liked was when he mentioned the child with autism being able to learn a few topics he was stuck in by watching Mr. Khan videos. That right there just proves how the use of technology can benefit the eadcution of students. I also thought it was pretty cool when he explained how he started to create all these videos.I actually agreed with everything in this video. I personally used the Khan academy website before when I had trouble with my Physics class. The video’s I watched were very effective and it gave me confidence about the topic as well. This video did remind me of how you (Professor Reitz) used technology such as WebWork. I thought it was a great way to give us homework because you always gave us the chance to go over anything that we missed or didn’t quite understand in the classroom.
