Ajay Devgan has made a few changes in forthcoming film “Son Of Sardaar” (SOS), after the Punjabi Cultural Heritage Board raised objections over certain scenes and dialogues. However, the actor-producer is confident the changes haven’t hampered the creativity in the movie.
“The creativity of the film has not been affected in any way. Every film is rectified, sometimes it’s made even better,” he said at a press conference here Wednesday.
The actor said they were in talks with PCHB president Charan Singh Sapra ever since the promos of the film went on air.
“The objectionable things were very small. The writer and director of the film is Punjabi and we took care of things. Even the guy who tied my turban was from Punjab,” Ajay said.
The actor added that the intention of the film is to entertain and not to hurt anyone’s sentiments.
“Son of Sardaar” will release alongside Yash Chopra’s “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” and the actor feels that the clash will not affect performance of either film.
“Diwali always has space for two movies. I want both films to work. I don’t think there is any issue with that,” he said.

yashraj bookd theaters for jthj, it deosnt mean k salman is bigger than shahrukh. If we reverse the case nd give solo release of shahrukh on eid nd salman movie plus ajay movie on diwali yashraj will do same. Releare of two films nd shortage of sufficient screen space is the Reason for Prebooking.
sos folp hai isi liye ajay ki akele ma fat rahe thi iske liye salman ki madat la raha hai lekin wo picture to bhi flop hai kyon ki salman koi bada superstar nahi hai and this diwali go for jthj srk is a real king srk roooooooooooooccks a blockbuster

Sorry but if Sos actually had more potential, than it would perhaps be releasing well wide overseas like JTHJ which is even releasing in white dominated areas here in South Africa.

Distributors generally are inclined to big productions houses who have strong packages of films. Yrf is the biggest production house. They have also dhoom 3 in line. So they will give preference. Even while booking for ishaqzaade they gave good release . They did it because their are two release unlike single release. All the productions houses see their profits.
