Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have wrapped up the final shooting schedule of their much-talked about film ‘Tamasha’, helmed by director Imtiaz Ali. The film which went on floors on July 9, 2014, finally completed its shoot after nearly 13 months on Thursday in Corsica.
The official twitter handle of the film announced its wrap up, posting a still picture from the movie that shows Ranbir and Deepika watch the sun set at a beach.
“Tamasha shoot over,” captioned the post.

Tamasha is said to be a romantic entertainer with loads of entertainment. Ranbir and Deepika are coming together on-screen once again after the huge success of ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ and their chemistry will be something to watch out for.
In the film, Ranbir plays a nomad while Deepika plays a girl, who is on a trip to the Mediterranean island of Corsica following the trail of her favorite comic characters – Asterix and Obelix. Their characters meet on the trip and start falling for each other.
The film will now enter the post production stage and will be ready for theatrical release on November 27.

This is a very important movie for Ranbir . He is going through a bad phase and one successful movie will be a huge boost to his career . Imtiaz Ali is a good director . Out of all his movies i liked Jab We Met and Highway . I did not like Rockstar very much but Ranbir was brilliant in Rockstar . I have not seen Socha Na Tha and Love Aaj Kal . I love the pairing of Ranbir and Deepika . Ranbir not only needs a Hit but a movie which is appreciated by audiences and most importantly he needs to give a solid performance like Barfi, Rockstar, Wake Up Sid and Raajneeti . Let’s hope with Tamasha Ranbir can make a solid turnaround and this movie turns out to be the turning point in Ranbir’s career .
