Tamasha has shown excellent growth in business on its second day at the box office, as the collections are likely to be in the 13-14 crore range on Saturday. The average growth at most multiplexes that we tracked was around the 20-30% range.
The film is performing well in circuits like Mumbai, Delhi/UP (NCR region), Mysore and West Bengal.
Tamasha has collected around Rs 24.5 crore in 2 days and should finish with weekend business of around Rs 40 crore.

When I saw Tamasha for the first time, I hated it. But then it slowly grew on me. After watching it for the second time, I got to feel what Imtiaz Ali actually tried to say through the film. If a fish is judged by its ability to climb a tree then that fish will never be SPECIAL in its life. We should be proud to have guys like RK and IA in our country.

Ranbir,Varun,Sushant are the actors from youngistan whom I like.For Sid I have no feeling either good or bad just like his expressionless face.I hate jodi of Banders Ranveer and Arjun.They are just Shits that landed in bollywood.No doubt Ranveer is good actor but he is irritating type of guy,and what to say about Maharaj Arjun G na acting ati ha na dance aur phir b harkatain Ranveer jaisi cheap.

Very difficult movie to watch. Imtiaz Ali has a very unique way to present a love story. I am not sure how people will accept this movie overall.

Ranbir is my friend indian actor after akki, but his fans like sambudha have no respect for senior actor.Actors who are in the industry for 2 decades, actors who even Rk humble himself infront of them. Just look at ved bajirao the moment Tamasha showed some positives he starts comparing it to Gabar and holiday.Ved bajirao if you want Rk to become a superstar be humble he has the potential to carry the industry after the 6 superstars.

the growth is good and it shows the movie is liked by multiplex audience although 100 crores looks difficult as the movie is not liked at smaller centres .
