Riding high on the box office success of 1920 Evil Returns, director Bhushan Patel has been signed by Ekta Kapoor for Ragini MMS 2 starring Sunny Leone. It’s the sequel to the 2011 film Ragini MMS.
“We have signed Bhushan Patel to direct our ‘Ragini MMS 2’ with Sunny Leone,” Girish Johar, head of acquisition and distribution, Balaji Motion Pictures, informed us.
“We loved the promos of ‘1920- Evil Returns’ and for a debut director, he has done a great job with the movie. It is also doing well at the box office. So we are sure he will do justice to ‘Ragini MMS 2’,” said Johar.
Like 1920 Evil Returns, Ragini MMS 2 will also be a supernatural horror film. It’s scheduled to release in theatres in 2013.
