Sultan has collected Rs 438 crore in its first extended week (9 days) at the box office. The film has collected Rs 230 crore in India and Rs 117 crore overseas, making it the fastest film to cross the 400 crore mark.
The film is well on course to cross 500 crore and should eventually cross the 550 crore mark too if it does well for the next couple of weeks.
Sultan has also improved its IMDb ranking, which is now at 7.4.

As people were saying Sultan collected more due to EID holidays – I am showing how much SULTAN collected without EID holidays (By completely taking out holiday weekend collection) and compared the rest with partial holidays released movie FAN – still SULTAN seems to be collecting more than FAN.

Again EID proved that evan Tushar Kapoor or Imran Khan starer masala movie can do a great business with hike tickets price and maximum no of screens.

Some people are trying to make fun on SULTAN saying it won’t surpass 300cr mark/pk record and blah blah blah! They might forgotten that their global king’s content rich billu2 failed to touch even 80cr mark, Christmas release excusewale failed to touch 150cr mark.
In one hand they call Salman a local bhojpuri star but expect 300cr collections/ATHG from each Salman movie.
