Whatever people say but I love seeing foreign locations in movies. Agree or not, but foreign locales look far more beautiful than Indian locations in movies. But I also agree that a good movie is’nt based on where it is shot or what part of society it shows.

Yes it was a blunder to shift Raees from Eid, but it will be even bigger blunder if they stick to Republic day weekend ( if Roshans too stick to the same date).
Ok, let’s assume that Kaabil will be carrying poor WOM and Raees will be having average/good WOM. Still do you think it will get the kind of showcasing it deserves?
From day 1, screens will be divided (and we should not forget that Rakesh Roshan is a veteran player, so he knows how to play his cards). On top of that, Republic day is not too big that a movie will sustain in a long run (irrespective of the WOM). After one week or two, movie is bound to crash because of scarcity of holidays.
So according to me, it’s totally childish to go with a CLASH on Republic day weekend.
However, this is my opinion and I might be proven wrong.
But I want Raees to occupy the Xmas weekend now. That would be best move of makers considering all IFs and Buts associated with Raees.
