It’s official. Sonakshi Sinha will be romancing Akshay Kumar in Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s Namaste England, which goes on floors in August this year.
The film is not a sequel to ‘Namastey London’. The story and characters are unrelated to the 2007 film, which featured Katrina Kaif in the lead.
Namastey England will be shot across London and Punjab.
The film goes on floors in August this year and the shoot will be wrapped up in December. It will hit theatres in the first half of 2017.
Vipul Shah has previously directed films like Aankhen, Waqt, London Dreams and Action Replay. All his films, except London Dreams, have featured Akshay Kumar in the lead.

why he cant get deepika,katrina or kareena..i cant believe they dont want to wrk with him considering they r wking with likes of arjun,sidharth etc…i also think since he starts shooting by 7-8 am in mng…not many actresses are keen to wrk with him….problem with akshay is he has built his own world and quite comfortable with it…doing 70-80 cr films and one 100 cr out f 4 films…he is content and satisfied that way and is mot agresdive like khans …thats why he dont go for holiday release as well…he wants peace of mind and wants to work his way which will never allow him to give his 100 pc
