Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has been invited to receive the ‘Global Diversity Award’ at the State Room of Britain’s House of Commons in London.
“Now at the Houses of Parliament to receive the Global Diversity Award….humbled & grateful. Thank you” SRK tweeted.
Over the years, Shahrukh has been honoured with several international awards, including Legion of Honour (France’s highest civilian award), Wissame Al Kafaa Al Fikria (Morocco’s highest honours), Chubb fellowship at Yale University and several others.
The Global Diversity Award is yet another international recognition for Shahrukh and his constantly increasing popularity globally.
Khan is currently in London to take part in SLAM! The Tour – his international concert to promote his upcoming film Happy New Year.

@Anand_the original…do you know he got all this award in list corrupted countries…..such as newzealand..i think u also know corruption about india…if this is possible to give money and win awards thn SRK have won 10 national award already..but he never did it….everyone know about corrupted indian politician..i think other actors giving thn money to restrict them to give a award to srk..he deserved it for CHAK DE INDIA and SWEDESH…but he didnt get it..bcoz of some other actors who doing all the stuff to get national awards…making relations with politicians…dum hila rahe h

@kingshuk : Its mutual deals between govt, organizations & Srk. They use him for their benefit n in return he gets all sort of awards which are unknown or not heard in India. I wont call it as buying though. Salman & Aamir they are least bother about such things or firangs they are content with love from Indian audience they dont need to sell themselves for publicity. anyways, firangi publicity mubarak to all srk fans !!!!!!!!
