The trailer of Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s ’Shaandaar’ has taken Youtube by storm as the trailer has garnered two million views in less than 2 days after its launch on Youtube.
The over three-minute trailer, which is packed with fun, romance, humour, glamour, comedy and more, was launched on Tuesday.
It introduces Shahid as Jagjinder Joginder and Alia as Alia, and their onscreen romance is palpable with funny and quirky scenes.
‘Shaandaar’ also features Sanjay Kapoor, Sanah Kapoor, Sushma Seth, Diljit Dosanj, Shibani Dandekar and Anjana Sukhani.
It is slated to hit the theatres on October 22.

Coz of my survey which indicate dat:-
1) hskd was hit due to Alia…. Ppl whom i asked ..max ppl went to watch Alia ….!!..
2) shaandar trailer released….but i see everywhere talkin abt Alia’s pics….!!.. Nobody talkin abt shahid… Also many ppl say i will go to watch alia only….!!..
3) Abcd2 film released…!!.. But many ppl said becoz of sun shatiya song,, they watched it becoz shraddha looked good in it..!.. Ppl said they r going only to watch shraddha… Shraddha n dharmesh entry got cheers but varun =no response…!!..
4) a small Baby can tell 2 states was hit due to Alia.. Max people went to watch alia only… And not ugly Arjun…!!.. Chetan bhagat novel was also benifitting factor.. But it was alia who got accolodes coz ppl watched due to alia…!!..
5) twmr everybody know it was hit due to Kangana…!!..
6) Yjhd was hit becoz deepika has huge followin .. Ppl watched it coz of her…N praised her act only…!
7) HTP flopped coz it did not have alia,,sharaddha,deepika…!!.. That means male lead Sid cannot make a good ROM-COM hit with Dharma banner n huge marketing …!
8) Tamasha will work(less chance) only due to Deepika like yjhd…!!..
Who wants to see wasted spoon-fed flop star-kid Ranbir??.!!..

After doing quality controlled film like Haider,, i was expecting shaandar to b something like Queen…! But ALAS…
Shahid disapoointed me.. Becoz he also joined Ranbir,ranvver,,varun who take credit of success hiding behind female lead’s cheapness in those films…!!.. Alia’s cheapness in shaandar will benefit it rather than shahid…!!..

I saw the trailer of Shaandaar . The trailer is below average . I was excited for Shaandaar because of Vikas Bahl who has made movies like Chillar Party and Queen . It is looking like a typical KJO Rom Com . Now i am not all excited for Shaandaar . Shahid is a good actor but he should do good movies . Karan is also investing his money on same kind of movies . I am surprised why Phantom agreed to produce this movie ? The movie is releasing on Dussehra . I think the movie will be a Hit but i am not sure about the content of this movie . Alia is also a good actress but she should do movies outside the Dharma Camp . GTPM, EMAET, 2 States, HSKD, HTP , YJHD and now Shaandaar . In the last 3 years Agneepath, Gippi, Bombay Talkies and Brothers are the movies which were not Rom Coms . Only Agneepath and Brothers have Superstars . Its high time Karan Johar should stop making Rom Coms . I don’t have a problem with Rom Com Genre but he is overdoing it and now it is becoming repetitive . I liked KKHH, K3G and MNIK . SOTY was completely crap and i have not seen KANK . Next Year Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will be released on Diwali 2016 with Shivaay . KJO should give more chances to Karan Malhotra . Cheers !!!!!!!!!!!!

@ Ajinkya- 80% agree with you but abcd2 was a prabhudeva’s movie. i don’t think there was many scenes for varun or shraddha. that deaf and dumb guys role and his dance was better than both.
