The month of sequels has turned out to be disastrous for the industry as films like ‘Rock On 2’, ‘Tum Bin 2’ and ‘Force 2’ was rejected by the audience.
While ‘Rock On 2’ and ‘Tum Bin 2’ were rejected in the first weekend itself, ‘Force 2’ dropped Monday onwards.
‘Dear Zindagi’, which has sustained well on its 2nd Friday, is the only winner as the lifetime business should cross 60 crore by the end of its run. The collections of ‘Dear Zindagi’ will be more than the lifetime business of all the other November releases combined!

- Force 2 – 35.1 crore (Flop)
- Rock On 2 – 10.2 crore (Disaster)

SRK presense did not sustain this film. Friday showed a big drop from opening day 8.25 this Friday 6.25 not even his presense wás that great. His star power?? did not help that much. So please dont say ?hat Salman fans are having heart attacks over success of film when SRK cant even get a 100 crore. Difference is Salman has over 270 crore over the flim a vast margin between 300 vs 49 to 60

I must say this was one of the best movie of this year.. infact best for me in 2016.. I cant understand the taste of indian viewers..

It seems dear zindagi will emerge a hit at the end of its run.. 2nd weekend will be around 10 crs then again 5 crs in weekdays which will take it to 62 crs.. Another 5 crs in 3rd week will take it to 67 crs and the final tally will be around 70 crs.. so congrats aalia for another clean hit..

Force 2 deserve to be super hit. Very nice movie. One of the best action thriller movie ever made in bollywood. Haven’t seen dear zindagi, will see soon.

Now, Imtiaz Ali has almost completed shooting for his film with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, tentatively titled The Ring and has a little bit of work left. The makers unveiled the first look from the romantic drama and it’s beautiful. They also mentioned the release date for the film. August 11, 2017.
The moment the first look came, everyone went berserk about the SRK-Akshay clash that was going to happen next August. But now, we can confirm that Crack has been postponed to a later date. Now it will release sometime in 2018.

I think @Indicine needs to moderate the some atrocious and utterly outrageous comments, especially given by some actors’ fans. They just degrade and derogate other rival actors and in particular try to spread negativity about them and their work. I don’t think their comments are serving the interest of our film industry as a whole in any manner. And ur bread and butter lies on this industry itself. Sorry to say, ur also the culprit. U can very often sample this. They don’t want other rival actors to function. They want their movies to flop which is definitely not in our industry’s interest. Why @Indicine don’t bash them up on their face? I don’t understand what’s important to u? Industry functioning or negative comments about anybody from the industry.
