The short teaser of Sultan has received a positive response. The trade in general is happy and anticipating a film that strikes the right balance between pleasing both the masses and classes – something that’s missing in 99% of films that release today.
On the internet, the response has been huge too. The teaser of Sultan on Youtube has already garnered nearly 1.4 million views and 40,000 likes in less than 12 hours. On our site, the Sultan teaser page has crossed 1 lakh views.

It was interesting that on a recent visit to India with the family ? and talking to people just how much people are awaiting Salman Khan movies. One elderly lady said she looked forward to Salman movies every year because they are entertainment for all.
Another surprise was coming out of a very popular restaurant and seeing the supposedly King SRK so drunk and stumbling to get into his car. And then I thought how apt were the writers to do a movie script which truly describes SRK as he is in real life. It should be a biopic. Drunk and disorderly., no wonder son following in his footsteps.

And I am glad that YRF released the Sultan teaser earlier (even if to nullify the negativity around first look) and not on the Fan release date. On the Fan release date had the discussion and focus been more on which teaser is better and Raees vs Sultan discussions rather than how good or bad SRK was as Gaurav Chandana, it would have been a big turn off. So glad all this happened yesterday and not on April 15th.
@ Indicine : With Fan release so near now hoping it gets the required attention from you and an article on the advance booking status. YRF released the theme song, SRK promoted Fan on Marathi show and the pics of Kapil Sharma show episode were out in media but no updates here. So expecting more stuff on the Fan movie now with 2 days remaining. Thanks.

Raees teaser is better on any day, it had a gripping intensity right from the word ‘go’ till end when SRK says ‘Aa raha hoon’ with his eyes, that still gives goosebumps and remains with you even after the teaser has played out!
Sultan on other hand is an average trailer which goes into ‘good’ category only and only due to Salman’s presence. There are hardly any great moment which you can carry after the teaser has played.
I am sorry (to bhai fans) to say this but Raees teaser thumps Sultan teaser by a big margin in a comparatively less run time (1:03 run time) when compared to Sultan’s (1:23).

Allah ka shukar that teaser received some positive response(as indicine said )-Otherwise we could see another news on 13 April “For those surprised with the early release of the Sultan trailer (it was scheduled to be out in late May), it looks like the makers decided to release it early to negate the negative response to the teaser”.
And then the next news would be on 14 April “For those surprised with the early release of the Sultan in Theaters (it was scheduled to be out on Eid), it looks like the makers decided to release it early to negate the negative response to the Trailer”-

From no angle it seems that it is going to please classes-From the teaser it seems that it is purely for masses-where bhai will be like one man army-Only once in a decade “bhai be movie me maar khate hain and shows that even I am the hero of movie but still a normal man,not an omnipotent creature(which bhai is in 95% of his movies)-In this decade BB ,in last decade Tere Naam-And fortunately only 2 performances of Salman khan post 2000 which received some applause from neutral audience.Warna Bhai k liya tou 100,150 banda udana koi muskil kaam nai ha

@Raees blade : Toh sirf blade hi marta reh by winning polls and YouTube records. They count nothing if movie does not collect up to its potential. From last 5 years SRK is winning every poll on Indicine but how many battles (HGOTY) he won on Box Office ?
