Salman Khan might have a surprise in store for his fans, who missed him during the Eid festivities this year. According to Santosh Shukla, who plays a villain in Khan’s upcoming film Mental, the teaser / trailer of the film will be released on August 16th 2013.
The actor who was seen on Bigg Boss Season 6 last year, posted a message on his Facebook page (which has about 3000+ followers)
Guys just wait for the Dhamaka on 16th August.. Mental Theatrical Trailer will Out.. Salman Khan will rock again.. King of Boxoffice will be back with the Bang Bang.. Baap aa raha hai.. Sambhaalna zara..

metal will be one of the most awaited movies next year though i think its not right time to launch teaser/trailer but its not wffected the buzz salman mental had, becase trailer is just the start but movie will rock the boz office irrespective to content and if content is good than will be definitely a historical movie of Indian Cinema, eagerly waiting for this

@iamvashisht when dabangg 2 released, there was heavy cold in many places and also many people were fed up of back to back movies. Delhi rape case also affected movie collection. But still dabangg 2 collected 160cr that was huge its only salman power.
akshay also released his khiladi 786 that was also masala movie but it collected only 70cr. So thats the power of king of boxoffice one and only salman.

Finally, Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone’s much awaited Chennai Express has been released for the Eid.
One really wonders as the film has been a heavy mix of yesteryear Telugu films.
Right from the story to crucial scenes like interval scene and most of other scenes are either inspired or rip off or lifted from popular Telugu films.
Instance, the story is so close and on lines with Pawan Kalyan’s Gudumba Shankar.
The interval bang resemblances with Mahesh Babu-Guna Sekhar’s action drama Okkadu where Mahesh saves Bhoomika from Prakash Raj and escapes in gypsies. Perhaps, this might be a copy from a Hollywood film where Guna Sekhar and Rohit Shetty might have copied same scene without knowingly.
And there are also a few scenes resembling Chiranjeevi’s erstwhile films such as Bavagaru Bagunnara, and Vaana, and most of action sequences were lifted from Karthi’s Alex Pandian (Badboy) and many others.
It’s a poor show from director Rohit Shetty who made films like Bol Bachchan and Golmaal.
The movie has opened to positive talk and it is said to be a good commercial entertainer which has all potentials to rake in moolah at the marquee.
But there is nothing new to offer to south Indian audience especially for Telugu audience as they may find it run of the mill potboilers. If you are a die-hard fan of SRK, it’s a one-time watch else skip it….

If you understand the movie Jab we met then it is not about the cultural differences between east and north . Its about the timing of a girl meets a boy.And if you have travelled through whole India you would come to know there is no big cultural differences between east ,west and north. But south is like you are going to a different country. You should know the fact that in Tamil nadu no one speaks or understand one word of Hindi language. Tamil nadu itself differs from the rest of India. They dont promote any other language other than tamil. So you can imagine then funny side of it
Paheli is based on the short story written by Vijayadan Detha. Billu is the official remake of one Malayalam movie “Kadha Parayumbol” and he is not the lead charecter. As far as in know swades is not a copy of any movies or paper back.

KANK is one of the worst hindi movie i ever watched in big screen. DTPH is a big success because of brand srk,yash chopra and its music nothing else. And talking about the genre, OSO comes under a different genre called mockery or “black comedy”. And i can say without any doubt its the best and may be the only mockery movie ever produced in bollywood.

@anwar swades is copy or unofficial remake of kannada film chigurida kannasu.if u have doubt check wikipedia. and paheli is also a copy of another kannada film Nagamandala.

I have already seen both chigurida kannasu and Nagamandala. Both swades and chigurida kannasu is about finding your roots. Nothing more is similar in those story or screen play. If you are telling the similarities of bridge making and electro power making then both the movies are inspired from real time incidents of Aravinda Pillalamarri and Ravi Kuchimanchi which is official from Ashutosh Gowaikers part. And if u have seen Swades its about an NRI who thinks India is underdevoloped and nothing can happen in near future but lot of things can happen. Swades is told in different way both is story and narration than chigurida kannasu.And the message from both films are different too.
Paheli is the official adaptation of short story written by Vijayadan Detha which was written in 1960’s.
Nagamandala is a movie which is released in 1997 which was an unofficial adaptation of this rajastani folk lore. The only difference in Nagamandala is Girish Karnad(script writer) made one change replacing nagin in the place of ghost from the original paper back.
Again a remake of south movie ‘stalin’. Remakes have became a hobby for salman.
