Salman Khan is all set to dominate the month of July with two big releases. While one film will release during the pre-Eid period, the other much-awaited biggie will hit screens during the rainy season.
His home production, Hero, which marks the acting debut of Sooraj Pancholi (son of Aditya Pancholi) and Athiya Shetty (daughter of Suniel Shetty), will release on 3rd July. The film, directed by Nikhil Advani, will be co-produced by Eros International, Salman Khan films and Mukta Arts.
Two weeks after the release of ‘Hero’, Salman’s mega Eid release Bajrangi Bhaijaan will release in theatres. The romantic drama will be directed by Kabir Khan, who last directed Salman in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. The film will also feature Kareena Kapoor Khan.
In what will be uniquely different idea, reliable sources say, Salman will be promoting both ‘Hero’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ together.
Both films will be released by Eros International, who have been going to a rough patch lately. Will Salman be able to bail them out?

its really sad to see a person like Salman Khan supporting and launching this culprit Sooraj Pancholi … I can’t say if he is criminal or not. but the way he and his father treated Jiah Khan’s death was not an acceptable.
the other thing is that he hasn’t really ever genuinely apologized or shown remorse towards Jiah Khan death. he just gave one of those “sorry but not sorry” half-assed apologies. should we even believe him?

Just gutted to see A man who is always involved in all sorts of positive charities, and all sorts of nice things helping an as*****l and culprit like Sooraj Pancholi.

Hero will outshine Bhojpuri Bhaijaan and Kareena Saif Khan
Salman is known as the Messiah & saviour of the Bollywood industry, since last few years even his ordinary movies have churned crores & crores of rupees at the Indian box office, he is regarded as a box office phenomenon, the real box office baadshah , 6 out of his last 7 movies have been money minting BBs . For any other ordinary star 110+ crores would be considered as a very good collection (our queen charliena’s 150 crore budgeted , grand diwali release crap Ra.1 collected just over 100+ crores after almost an year of OTT promotion but still srk fans refuse to accept it as a ‘disgraceful disaster’ but when a non-holiday January release ‘jai ho’ grosses over 110+ crores they shout at the top of their voices calling it as a flop) but a since a salman khan’s carries a lot of expectations with it, ‘jai ho’ a semi hit was deemed as an under performer but he more than made it up at the box office with his mega BB ‘kick’ ,The man who single handedly carries the movie on his shoulders also carries sky high expectations from his fans & industry with his every release .
After all he is salman khan, his name is enough to sell his movies & shows at record prices.
He has never let down and disappointed his fans, family, friends, well wishers & others who have trusted him and he never would. Eros has been going through a rough patch and has incurred substantial losses with its few last movies , trust the box office saviour salman to compensate all these losses with a single mega BB in the form of ‘bajrangi bhaijaan’ , Eros will literally laugh all the way to the bank after the release of these movies, 250+ crores is the minimum the industry is expecting from this salman khan starrer, so Eros will be having a great time this year :)
Just hope that Bajrangi Bhaijaan isn’t a typical Salman movie.Kabir is a great director I loved his movie new york but he somewhat got influenced by Salman’s stardom and made a mediocre ETT.But BB could be a break from Salman’s regular flicks since the premise looks different.
@Ajay agree with you.Not only Aditya but even his father is involved in various court cases and known for losing his temper too often.I am sure Aditya will be the next Zayed Khan
