Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is known to support events that encourage ‘specially abled’ people, recently attended a bodybuilding competition where all participants were differently-abled.
Sources say, Salman met each contestant and encouraged them to continue their passion for body building.
The actor himself is training hard for his upcoming film Sultan, where he plays the role of a wrestler in the Abbas Ali Zafar directed film.

@Challa, what about the number of times he showed his body in public? were they vfx too? he had a surgery in 2011 and couldn’t work out much so he might have taken vfx help but you can’t discredit 15 years of a bodybuilding icon because of a 10 second scene.Man! My niece who is wealthy and ask for nothing took up the challenge of teaching children with special needs and she read this article about Salman and said to me it takes people with a special love from God Almighty to be able to love to such a degree that one is always willing to reach out to those not so loved by our self righteous society. I will not repeat her words as to what she thinks about people like Challa and Javed. But one thing she did say is that those two are callous, indifferent etc and if by some chance they do get children that she is sure that they will be more disable than those to whom she and Salman reaches out to. Because as you point at others it comes back four times. This article about Salman has made her love and appreciate him all the more and makes her even more determined to do her best to help those in need, it brings great satisfaction to the soul when you know that you can help others.
