Here’s a quick update on Salman Khan’s next few films that are likely to release in 2013. If everything goes to plan and his health remains stable, the coming year could witness 3 Salman Khan films.
The major holiday weekends in 2013 will once again be occupied by Salman. He is likely to go out of his way to ensure that he has a release during Eid. And why not? He has had a dream run with 3 blockbusters – Dabangg (2010), Bodyguard (2011) and Ek Tha Tiger (2012) – each film setting new records at the box office.
Salman Khan 2013 Movies List
- Sher Khan (EID 2013) – Soon after the release of Dabangg 2, Salman Khan starts shooting for Sher Khan. The film will be directed by Sohail Khan. Sources say, this will be Salman’s most ambitious film ever. Due to it’s mammoth scale, Sohail was keen on having atleast 2-3 months for post-production. Salman though, wants it ready for Eid. The official release date is likely to be locked soon. Angela Johnsson has been offered a part, the makers are looking for a second leading lady, preferably a new face.
- No Entry sequel – After Sher Khan, it’ll be a comedy film.. the sequel to the 2005 blockbuster ‘No Entry’ directed by Anees Bazmee. The much-loved trio of Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan will be a part of the film. As for the leading ladies, there are rumours that Salman will be romancing 10 gorgeous girls. Lara Dutta recently told us, that she has been offered a part, but is yet to decide. She also added that the film will go on floors late this year. Does this mean Salman will shoot for two films simultaneously?
- Kick (Christmas 2013) – After the ‘Joker’ debacle, Shirish Kunder opted out of the film, which will now mark the directorial debut of producer Sajid Nadiadwala. It’s a remake of the Telugu blockbuster ‘Kick’ (Ravi Teja), which was remade in Tamil as ‘Thillalangadi’. The makers have locked the Christmas 2013 week for release.
Unfortunately, the romantic film with Sooraj Barjatya has been put on hold for now. Salman is keen on doing the film, and should start working on it after ‘Kick’.

Aamir khan nothing in front of Being King’s Stardom. Peekeay and Dhoom 3 gönna be flops. If these film will release against Kick and Sher Khan….Peeeeee
rajkumar hirani and aamir khan have locked 25th december for p.k…surely kick wont come out on that date..it will be released between diwali and christmas days..salman cant afford to release his most ambitious project alongside aamir as both will eat into each others business…

P.S :Ek Tha Tiger has crossed Worldwide gross figure of 300crore plus n still counting and thus become second film after 3 Idiots to do so.. so congrats to all salman supporters.. :)
cant say yet..aamir has 2 big releases in the form of the much awaited dhoom 3 and p.k. has already started making news coz raju hirani is back…salman is definitely the current no. 1 so it will be foolish to rule him ou of the compettion…hrithik has krrish 3 the most loved franchise and also is going to be the biggest bollywoood film in terms of cost and economics…srk has chennai express for sure although not sure about happy new year…akshay also has ouatim 2,boss special chhabbis ans 2 more south remakes so there is a cut-throat competition next year..

Yeah Sher Khan is different from other films of Salman.He’s a playing a role of Wizard I guess and its specially for Children so it’ll have more comedy and magic comparing to actions.Kick is confirmed,but I didn’t know if ‘No Entry Sequel’ releases before Kick,because he has said that after Dabangg-2 and Sher Khan its Kick next on line.
not at all…only sher khan or kick are not the ones to rule…watch out for p.k. dhoom 3 and definitely krrish 3 which most probably is going to be the biggest release ever..even chennai express and ouatim 2 have a chance

agar salman ka dam he to usko bol no entry sequel ko krishh 3 ke sath release kare…tab dakha jaiga kon he bollywood ka asli king….diwali may release kar ne ko bol……
krishh3 will break all record except 1 st day collection of ett..becuase people tends to keep at home and enjoy diwali…on that day no one want to go to a cinema hall….this is the only holyday in year where people want to enjoy in home…

I think it’s possible to do only 2 films each year as Bhaijaan’s market has expanded dramatically in the past three years.

2013 – Sher Khan & Kick
2014 – No Entry 2 & Dabangg 3
2015 – Sooraj Barjatya project
