Rustom has comprehensively beaten Mohenjo Daro in the three major circuits in the country – which includes Mumbai, Delhi/UP and East Punjab. In Mumbai, Rustom was ahead by more than double the collections, in Delhi/UP it was closer but Rustom was still lead by a big margin, East Punjab was again double.
Mohenjo Daro was leading in two circuits, both in the south. It was ahead by 45% in Andhra/Nizam and 60% in Tamilnadu/Kerala. Hrithik is one of the biggest crowd-pullers among Hindi actors in the South and this reflects in the collections – even though all-India Akshay’s Rustom was about 65% ahead of Mohenjo Daro.
All the other circuits belonged to Akshay Kumar and Rustom.

Special 26 and baby had zero appeal outside high end multiplexes and multiplex audience weren’t willing to watch akshay Kumar’s movies at all.
But you know it was only because of those movies that Akki managed to beat a much bigger film today.

There are two groups in bollywood…one has salman amir ajay akshay ranvir and in other srk hrithik ranvir…when srk or hrithik comes with movie akshay or ajay comes with respective movies…JTHJ VS SOS, CE VS OUTMD…why ajay or akshay not even try to release their movies either eid or xmas…let once salmir face clash…srk make biggest mistake with avoiding clash and not announcing and book release date as ajay,akshay doing…even without taking single shot annonce badsaho and sons of sardar for 2017 on republic day and diwali…now ajay wants to release G4 on diwali….SRK and HR need to be practical and do something proffesional…they need to change with tym…

Liked the movie.. I will go with 3.5 stars rating from my side.. Still can’t believe how pathetically indicine rated it with just 2 stars.. I mean really.. Audience is loving the movie.. it will do 120 crs plus for sure and emerge a super hit..

Yesterday i watched MD and RUSTOM and i loved both the films.Rustom is a fast paced thriller and MD is a classical film.I am a die hard SRK fan but with no haterism and being neutral,i can say that i loved MD more than Rustom bcoz we dont get to see films like MD and RUSTOM is a very nice thriller and also a very interesting film.Both Akki and HRITHIK acted superbly and both were brilliant.RUSTOM is collecting more than MohenjoDARO bcoz Rustom has good songs and is a fast paced film whereas MD has to watched with patience.Ashutosh has done avery good job in the way he has shown MD and everything else in the film otherwise we could not hav witnessed MD and could know a little from the books.Both films hav very good story and people got a chance see two different kind of good movies this weekend.I dont like to talk good about other actors other than SRK or watch other actor movies in theater except SRK but by heart i really loved both the movies and my money was worth spending.Some stupid fans trying to pull hrithik down but really it feels very bad when both the actors hav given their full efforts for their films.If these two films would hav been a solo release then they could hav earned more.SOME lallu fans are barking about HRITHIK or AKKI but they r forgeting that their lallu cant act like HRITHIK or AKSHAY.I am happy that i got to watch two great and different genre films this weekend.
HR should go to South. He can be a big superstar there.
