Hrithik Roshan, whose latest release Krrish 3 has grossed more than 250 crore worldwide in its first week at the box office, does not believe in breaking or setting new records.
“Records, these are all facts and figures, which are essential to define the progress of cinema or any other mode of work. So it’s not about breaking records, it’s about being inspired by the previous records and then taking it forward,” Hrithik told reporters after launching the new range of Rado watches.
The actor also said that he hopes and prays that Krrish 3 breaks the record of Chennai Express and when Dhoom 3 releases this year, that film too can break Krrish 3’s record.
“I hope and I pray to god that the next one that comes after ‘Krrish 3’ breaks its record and that is evolution, that is progress. Keep breaking the records. Go for ‘Krrish 3’ now and then go for ‘Dhoom 3’ in sometime,” he said.
@sakhi,sameer:okay,okay!i didn’t have any idea about that.but will it be fair to compare only the hindi version collection of both the movies?i mean 227 crores refers to the hindi version collection as well as domestic collection of ce where as in k3,the week collection 156 refers to the hindi version collection and 166 to the domestic collection.if k3 wasn’t released in tamil and telugu,then hindi collection cud have been increased to a little higher level if south indians saw the movie in hindi.
While in case of ce,south indian ppl saw the movie in hindi and collection was benefitted due to rajnikanth’s name.

WTF!@ROMANCE OLD YR: hindi version collection of k3 is 157 crores. 166 is the total one.i.e hindi +telugu,tamil(9 crs).

There nos for yjhd was matching producer nos. there is 50 lacs diff in dabang 2 nd 1.25 comparative to producers nos nd for ra1 diff was 3 cr. don2 1 cr jthj 3 cr and this height of their fraudness there is 4 cr diff for ce. Wake up guys leave boi now.

Now coming to your comment about the double standard of srk fans, then i want to tell you that you can never have absolute majority, that is you cant make all people happy and you will have always some haters whatever you do.. In this site i am seeing many srkians like imam, xzone and few more including me who are praising hr and k3 as it deserves that.. But you never noticed that i think.. You always take care about who is bad mouthing which is not good.. Do you think that all hr fans like srk? Do u think that all hr fans never speak negative about srk? The answer is big no.. Infact srk receives maximum bashing from all other star’s fans. And for your info hr is my 2nd fav and you can read my review of k3 posted by indicine in audience review column.. Now coming to the boxoffice, ce broke 3idiots according to boi and producers. So there was no doubt about ce being the highest grosser ever.. But friend, had it not broken 3idiots as per boi then there would have been always a debate whether ce is really the biggest grosser or not..and for every haters ce would have been still below 3idiots in that case as they never accepted the first day record of 33.12 crs officially. So my point is k3 has to beat ce officially as well as according to boi for the universal acceptance of being the highest grosser ever otherwise benefit of doubt advantage may go to ce. And i really want k3 beats ce as per boi also as k3 really deserves the highest grosser status.. And you can see in my review that i predicted 250 crs minimum for k3.. this is not fare for SRK he gets 1000 less screen than krrish3 and also it reduces in huge every week by facing different releases.last year also happened the same thing for JTHJ.I know you always why face big films with you because every star afraids of you that you will make records that’s why they clash with your films but unfortunately they always lost ans you win every time.let’s have look on big success films like 3idiots.ett,yjhd,krrish3 all these films didn’t face any struggle and dhoom3,jai ho also will not face struggle.and this overrated roshan prays to brake CE record although having 1000 more screen and 3 weeks free run.every body abuses SRK,I want to ask you one thing when did that man said my film is great and no one can break my records although he said always I don’t concentrate upon earnings rather then acting.but it’s amir,sallu,hrithik says they will break SRK’s record.shame on you all.this is what make a huge difference that man who is called king of bollywood and globally famous and you poor are only watched that.If SRK get a chance next year free run then he will break all records.you are the true KING SRK.
