Q. How would you rate the Sultan teaser? And what are the prospects of the clash actually happening?
A. The Sultan teaser was short and effective, even though it didn’t reveal much about the film. The shoot is still in progress, so the whole point behind releasing the teaser early was to attach it to the print of ‘FAN’ – which was getting a wide release worldwide. The response has been very good so far. As for the clash, it’s not happening. Raees will move to a later date. Official announcement will be made soon.
Q. When Namaste England will happen?
A. The shoot begins in August this year. It’ll be wrapped up by the end of 2016 and release early 2017.
Q. According to you which is the better teaser, Raees or Sultan? And what do you think whether they should clash or not? (Axis)
A. Raees Teaser, any day. It was fantastic, arguably the best teaser in a very long time. There is a genuine reason why the clash between Sultan and Raees can’t take place. Raees wouldn’t get a wide enough single-screen release that it deserves and at multiplexes too the ratio of shows could be higher for Sultan. When it comes to sheer star power, Salman is in a different league right now, especially at smaller centres. He also has a stronghold over Eid, people want to watch his films during the weekend that he created. It would be a very risky move to release Raees during Eid, more so because SRK can’t afford yet another domestic under performer.
Q. Ratings for Udta Punjab Trailer? (Amar)
A. 7 on 10. Good trailer, with what looks like terrific performances by Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

Shah Rukh Khan in FAN, he was absolutely terrific. Outstanding would be an understatement for the way he played the role of Gaurav. Award deserving performance.

Udta Punjab deserved better than 7. It was an awesome trailer. Indicine, after u gave 7 to superb trailers like Fan and Udta Punjab, I am really interested now in finding out whether have u ever given 8 or 9 to any trailer and if yes which lucky trailer it was?
Sultan teaser was good but Raees was way way way better. No competition there at all. As far as their clash is concerned, my wish was that both would have clashed but with obviously EQUAL number of screens. Raees looks to be a very strong movie with all the commercial elements in it and was a solid contender to give a movie like Sultan a real run for its money. But as u say it now apparently seems that Raees will move ahead and may move to Diwali and we may see another SRK Ajay clash at Diwali as per some rumors. If that rumor is true then this will be another big clash and would hope it doesn’t get that dirty like it happened in JTHJ vs SoS.
As far as the comparison of Khans is concerned my vote is for SRK obviously keeping in view his consistency over the 25 years and also may be coz I am bis fan. But respect for all 3. All 3 are legends of bollywood and the 3 Khans making their impact on Indian cinema will always be remembered as the historical and unmatchable 3 Khans. Regarding Bachchan he will remain the baap of all coz “Rishtay mai woh sab ka baap lagta hai aur us ka naam hai Shahenshah”.
plz srk don’t postpone Raees too much fun

Srk days have gone. Once I was a srk fan but withdrew some years back. I anticipated that srk is selfish and egoist and not cares for fans. He left good movies, damages good movies, releases movies in bad times. Sallu gives mindless films like kick ett but got blockbuster status why bcoz when flood comes everything good or bad flown away. This time public keeps sallu over their heads. So whatever films he does becomes blockbuster even mindless bakwas films too. So stop expecting from srk. Usne apne hi pero par kulhadi Mara hai Warna bees saal se do chuha sallu & aamir Jo uske aas paas bhi nahin the wo aaj uske samne naach rahe hain.

There is a difference between a Superstar and a Megastar. For achieving the tag of “Megastar” is really not a cup of tea. The large number of people’s support built a Superstar and a huge number people’s love built a Megastar.
Sultan will release solo for sure…. Wise decision by Crapees makers to shift their crapfest to other date…. Coz this time their egoistic nature won’t work coz this time their is BIGG BOSS OF BOLLYWOOD MEGASTAR MR. SALMAN KHAN stand against him. . . .

It’s laughable indicine … Dilwale clashed with an excellent movie , FAN again an off beat movie clashing with IPL & jungle book (remember every Indian kids & adults are attached to this ) , non holiday April release …
I’m not giving excuses but sharing facts … I certainly wish Raees to clash with sultan … I really hope it does …
