Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda was snapped promoting his upcoming thriller film, John day. Randeep revealed that he was inspired by the cruelty of children for his character in the film.
“For my role in the film, I drew inspiration from the cruelty of children. If you have ever noticed it, kids can be quite cruel – in the way they say or do anything to embarrass their parents without thinking about the consequences or enjoy torturing insects by pulling their wings off. I have tried to inculcate that same cruel streak in my character.” said Randeep talking about his role in the film.
Directed by Ahishor Solomon, John Day will release in theatres on September 13th. It also stars Naseeruddin Shah.
The actor will also be seen playing the lead in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Highway’ also starring the beautiful Alia Bhatt.
