Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who was until recently sharing a rented apartment with his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif, has reportedly purchased an apartment at the posh Pali Hill locality in Mumbai. The apartment is said to have cost the actor Rs 35 crore.
The 2,640 square foot apartment, which was bought at the rate of 1.42 lakhs per square feet, is located at the seventh floor of the Vastu Pali Hill.
The reason for the purchase is said to be because the area is occupied by some of the biggest names in Bollywood.
There were reports earlier that Akshay Kumar had purchased a luxury apartment on the 39th floor at Skylark Towers for Rs 28 crore and Abhishek Bachchan too had invested Rs 41 crore for an apartment on the 37th floor in suburban Mumbai.

I don’t know what is going wrong with Ranbir’s career . From 2009 to 2013 he was in the Best Phase of his career . He was the only Superstar who was taking giant strides towards Superstardom . But now nobody even talks about him . He is facing tough competition from Ranveer, Varun, Arjun and Sid . He has given 4 consecutive flops and JJ is also looking like a sureshot disaster . Nowadays Ranbir is in the news only because of his personal reasons . His affairs and breakup news is not taking him anywhere . The road looks tough for Ranbir . Whether he has the pedigree to make a solid comeback only time will tell ?

what’s media’s problem with that, its his hard earned money. Even after disastrous 2015 he was the highest taxpayer after Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar, at least he don’t try to portray like a pretentious underdog like Ranveer who had all his bollywood connection but try to pretend he made it only on his own and that he faced racism in the bollywood, neither Ranbir works heavy PR machiney nor he does try to project himself uber cool by doing shit shows like AIB.
But mohanjojadoo will collect 350crores and then hritik will buy 350crores apartment which will b equal to 10 RK apartments.

He is a very fine actor. In acting have found him to be at par with Ranveer (still to decide who is better) and definitely better than Varun, Sid, Arjun, Tiger etc. He has time on his side and will sooner or later bounce back.
ADHM is clashing with a big movie so not expecting it to be a big hit but it should at least stop his flop streak. Then his movie with Rajkumar Hirani will be important for him to bounce back.
@Saksham, he will make a grand comeback with Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Sanjay Dutt biopic’. His acting has never been questionable, it’s just his choice of scripts which has hurt his career in past few years.
Ranbir undoubtedly is the best actor among hiis younger contemporaries. He was born a STAR. What is happening to him? KARMA. For breaking Deepika’s heart. I hope he has learnt his lessons because his parents have already learnt theirs. When he stops breaking ladies hearts, he will bounce back. Until then, he will remain a flop actor. Watch this space

My list is different than yours and i made some correction in my list after looking your list. You have done good job. but i have imformation about release dates but if indicine make an article with these movies collection and release date with verdicts then it will be a great article.
