Ram Leela is holding up well at the domestic box office, but has started showing bigger drops at single screens. In 5 days, the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film has collected around 67 crore, which is excellent considering the star cast of the film.
The Ranveer – Deepika starrer is likely to collect around 79 crore in its first week at the box office. But the release of Gori Tere Pyaar Mein this weekend, could affect business at multiplexes. Also, there is Sunny Deol’s Singh Saab The Great, which is expected to take a good start in North India.
So far so good for Ram Leela, but it is important that the film scores well in its second weekend to recover its high costs.

Producers have given wings to Krrish 3 collections. It seems the Roshans are manipulating first time and their inexperience shows since they were exposed at once. Now the Roshans and Krrish franchisee reputation is mud. Krrish is supposed to be a superhero and be a guardian of truth and good values. But this manipulation has now cast him as a villain and destroyed his character. It is a very sad story.
Meanwhile, at the other end of the spectrum, king of low collections Box Office India has reduced Krrish 3 second week collections from 46 crores to 42.5 crores and Chennai Express worldwide first weekend collections from 167 crores to 159 crores. On a side note, difference in Ram-Leela collections is only 3.5 crores after 5 days (Producers 61.5 crores , BOI 58 crores) while Krrish 3 first 4 days difference was through the roof with 23 crores (Producers 108.5 crores , BOI 85.5 crores all versions).
And the whole comedy is everyone is siding with either producers or BOI, when both are wrong and competing for publicity. :D
I hope Ram Leela collects at least 110-120 crores. Although GTPM is expected to do well, I wish Ram Leela to be more successful.

Krrish3 is super film. BOI has no estimates of distributor figures and putting figures on air like anything. No distributors are reporting to BOI now, BOI is not credible now.

Infact it is right no one can inflate figures by 50 crores. Some trade websites are under reporting.
