Tamil megastar Rajinikanth has resumed shooting his next film, the keenly-awaited ‘Robot 2.0’, which is being directed by the industry’s biggest director Shankar.
On Wednesday, Shankar shared a picture from the the sets of the films and wrote that nearly 70% of the film has been shot in 150 days.
Robot 2.0 is one of the biggest south Indian film releases along with ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’.
The mega-budget science-fiction film has the potential to be bigger as it not only features the biggest megastar in the south, but also has a pan-India superstar like Akshay Kumar playing the lead antagonist.
‘Robot 2.0’ also stars Amy Jackson, Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey. The music has been composed by A.R Rahman.
