Song of the Day (October 11th 2011) – Aamir Khan and Manisha Koirala sizzled on-screen in Akele Hum Akele Tum way back in the year 1995. Aamir Khan played the role of a playback singer and Manisha Koirala was a trained classical singer.
The Raja Ko Rani Se song was composed by Anu Malik. The beautiful lyrics were penned by Majrooh Sultanpuri and the song was sung by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik.
With melodious tunes, the romantic song has an apt backdrop of scenery. Picturised on two lovers – Manisha Koirala looks stylish yet simple and Aamir Khan portrays the boy-next-door look, it is a typical 90’s Bollywood love song – Must watch.
