Raaz 3 Release Date

The Bhatt’s are on a role! After announcing Jannat 2 and Bloody Money, the men behind the blockbuster success of Murder 2 have announced yet another film – Raaz 3.

The starcast has gotten bigger and better with Bipasha Basu returning to the franchisee after deciding to opt out of Raaz 2. The film also has Murder 2 stars Emraan Hashmi and Jacqueline Fernandes.

Bipasha made her lead-role debut with Raaz, way back in the year 2002 and the film remains one of the biggest hits of her career. Except No Entry and Dhoom 2, both of which featured Bipasha in supporting roles, none of her other films have matched the success of Raaz. ‘

One other reason to watch out for Raaz 3 is the re-union of the Bhatt’s Mahesh – Mukesh and Vikram, who split after Footpath in 2003. Vikram Bhatt was the director of Raaz 1.

Vikram has also announced the names of the characters in Raaz 3 “Shanaya it is for Bipasha’s name in Raaz 3, Jacqueline’s name is Sanjana and the Hero of Raaz 3 is Emraan Hashmi and the name of his character is Aditya, much like Raaz…”

The film will go on floors on January 15th 2012.
