Eros International’s Raanjhanaa was off to a slow start on Friday morning, but with critics praising the film and positive reports from the morning shows, business picked up afternoon onwards.
The Anand L. Rai directed film has collected approx 5 crore on it’s opening day at the box office, which is a decent figure considering the star-cast of the film.
The morning shows on Saturday have opened well and the film is likely to show decent growth in business, especially at high-end multiplexes in cities.
The other two releases this week – Shortcut Romeo and Enemmy – are disasters.
