So I have proved that since upto 2006 bollywood was controlled by two of its biggest production houses YRF and Dharma. So SRK was benefitted hugely in those years but now system of camps are fading so Aamir and Salman are dominating.

I think Brothers will be the biggest opener of Akshay’s career and it should be . I think it can do good business overseas . This has been a good year for Akshay with Baby and GIB and i hope Brothers and SIB continue this winning streak . Currently there is no doubt that Aamir is no. 1 in Domestic, Overseas and Worldwide Markets but if BB or PRDP or Dilwale can break the record of PK then Salman or SRK can displace Aamir from the no. 1 position . It looks tough but it is not impossible because Box Office is really unpredictable .

Every actor had gone through the bad phase. Between 2005 & 2009, Salman only had 4 hits, including one semihit. But now he is the biggest superstar. Similarly both the releases of SRK & Hrithik flopped in 1996 & 2010 respectively. Ajay Devgn starrer films in 2007 & Akshay Kumar starrer films in 2011 flopped. In 2000 Aamir starrer Mela also flopped.
Still they bounced back. If they can bounce back,there is no reason why Ranbir cannot bounce back. I believe he will bounce back.

And also srk’s so called consistency didnt help in china and resulted as disaster in china with only 1 Cr of his Halloween horror year even with more screens than pk. @Rew1, such comments are really funny. Dharma was nowhere before Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, SRK launched Deepika, Kajol and he started their careers together, Rani also made her debut in his film.. YRF is still struggling to deliver big hits without top stars. So all these actors and banners that you name, need SRK more than he needs them.
And about Aamir not promoting his films, that’s not true at all. He is smart with promotions and doesn’t overdo it. He went all out to promote Ghajini, but a film like PK didn’t need aggressive marketing as the content would take care of it. SRK didn’t promote Chak De India either.
