Priyanka Chopra has been approached to play the lead role in Ashok Amritraj’s untitled crossover film. The actress is presently going through the script and will shortly take a call. Meanwhile Ashok Amritraj has been considering few Latino actress just incase Priyanka says no to the film.
For quiet sometime now, Amrit’s search for a desi girl has been going on. With the script ready, the film is scheduled to go on floors this October and so Amrith is speeding up the process. “We are yet to get a heroine for the film as most of the mainstreem actresses are tied up and cannot give us dates for October. I have been considering some Latino actress as well incase Priyanka decides not to do the film” says Amritraj.
Speaking about the casting, Manmohan Shetty from Adlabs says “We are just the investor’s in Amritraj’s Hyde Park Entertainment and the casting decision does not rest on us. I know that Priyanka and Ashok are in talks with eachother but i m unaware of the recent development.”
