The trailer of Salman Khan’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ is expected to be out on the last day of the month, but fans of Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya films could be in for a surprise as there are reports that the much-awaited music is likely to be out soon. In fact, it could be out in the next 5-6 days!
“Salman Bhai and Sooraj (Barjatya) sir think that the music of ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ needs some time to grow so they thought of releasing the music album of the film 10-15 days before the trailer release which is scheduled on 30th September. Salman and Sooraj are very confident about the Indian melodies which are there in ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ album. Hence they have decided to come up with this plan” said a source close to the film.
The music of ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ has been composed by Himesh Reshammiya, who delivered arguably the best (and also the most melodious) album of his career for Salman’s ‘Tere Naam’ back in 2003.
Barjatya films have always had hugely popular music, even his non-Salman films like ‘Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon’ and ‘Vivaah’ had songs that appealed to the masses and family audience. Will the duo recreate the magic of yesteryear classics like ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’ and ‘Hum Aapke Hain Kaun’? Will Himesh live up to expectations? We will find out very soon!

title track is a duet with Sonu Nigam crooning for Salman Khan and
Kumar Sanu singing for Neil Nitin Mukesh ’s character. The movie
also features a romantic song between Salman and Sonam Kapoor
that has been crooned by Palak Muchhal . all the songs will be in the
traditional Barjatya style. It also has two Sufi songs by Mohammed
Irfan , Shafqat Amanat Ali and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan . Himesh
Reshammiya for the music of the film the producer finalised the
composer after having a music sitting with him as he liked the
compositions. The composer has clarified that he will go back to his
traditional roots to compose the music of the film.The movie is
proposed to feature a track of 13 minutes, the longest in
history.
