PK has completed 20 super-successful days at the box office, netting Rs 317 crore in India. The film has become the first Bollywood movie to gross Rs 600 crore worldwide, as the overseas collections is only behind Aamir Khan’s last release Dhoom 3.
This week’s release Tevar is carrying good reports, so the business of PK, especially at smaller centres should be affected. The Rajkumar Hirani film could still remain the first choice in metro cities, which should give the film a decent chance to collecting more than 10 crore in its fourth weekend.
The film still has a chance of crossing the 350 crore mark at the box office. Day-wise collections of PK below.

I dint expect from the movie to cross 300 cr after watching the promo…even after watching the movie having so good acting and script in it…never thought it would cross 300 cr…but it proved me wrong….it seems ppl are really liking it. way to go………take a bow Aamir …RKH and crew for making such a wonderful movie….at times you get bored of watching same jokes…but RKH has unique style of deivering humor you can enjoy same joke for repeated no. of times…..for an example for us delhi belly is very funny we liked it…finding fanny too…but few ppl might not….in RKH’s case ppl of any generation like his movies,jokes,humor. 3cr today and that makes it 42cr third week total…. Another record… The records keep falling… What more can we say that hasnt already been said… Its a travesty that the three men who bring hindi audiences so much joy do so few films between them… Vinod Sir needs to direct again, Raju Sir shouldnt wait more than 3 yrs in between films and now Aamir will take a break of 2 yrs at the least bcoz he hasnt signed any film as of yet n when he does the films, the pre and post production stages are as long as the actual shooting- hope Dangal arrives sometime in 2017…!
320 cr total expected in 3 weeks… Fourth weekend will see another jump- I predict 15-18 cr as I think Sunday again will attract family audiences- upmarket audience will still pick PK over tevar… 350 cr is still a realistic target- pk roxXxXx

So 300 and 600 cr club indeed open this year.Though I want dhoom 3 should went past 300cr mark last year but this achievement came with pk who is better film than dhoom 3 in all aspect.

I wish I could say that Mohenjo Daro will break the record but MD will not be able to break it because Ashutosh Gawarikar makes good film but his film lacs the component to pull the audience in the theater. It’s also scary to think that Ashutos made a flop film like What’s your Rashi. None of his movies has ever scored very well at the box office but at least I am confident the film will not disappoint us in terms of content and performance, it could be like Lagaan, Swades or Jodha Akber. All are well appreciated but not a huge blockbluster!

I dont see the need to bash Rohit Sharma here. I know he rarely plays big innings, I also know what you said is a fact, but I like the coolness he has. He had turned the tables for Decaan Chargers back in 2008 where he chased 22 runs in last over to send (guess what) KKR out of the tournament.

Agree with you about Dhoom 3 being slightly below par last yr but that was more to do with the Dhoom Factors like the useless Abhishek still being cast as Jai n ofcourse the producers ugly talentless brother Uday reprising his role…. The script was in all purposes a non Dhoom film but the aforementioned factors dragged the films content down with their brainless performances and lethargic screen appearance. I feel if Dhoom 4 still has those two clowns in it n without Aamir then I dont see it crossing Dhoom 3s tally… A film can run on one mans shoulders YES but having two eyesores like Junior B n Uday ruins the cinematic experience.

Okay, so I’m a huge huge Raju Hirani fan. I have seen 3I and Munna Bhai series like 50 times. Pk already 3 times, but he is no where near Hrishikesh Mukherjee, Guru Dutt, Gulzar sahab. So calling his films best ever hindi movie is extreme exaggeration!
