PK has collected Rs 21.22 on its first weekday at the box office, which is the 2nd highest non-holiday Monday of all time after Dhoom 3. Business at multiplexes dropped by around 40-45% from Monday, but mass centres were rock steady all over.
Compared to Friday business, the India business of PK has dropped by just 20% which is phenomenal to say the least.
PK is likely to collect around Rs 35 crore in the next two days and Thursday (holiday for Christmas) could cross the 25 crore mark again. The film should collect somewhere around 175 – 180 crore in its first week, which will be the second highest first week business of all time.
Given the word-of-mouth that PK is carrying, it should eventually go on to break the lifetime records set by Dhoom 3 last year.

- Saturday - 30.34 crore (14% growth from previous day)
- Sunday – 38.24 crore (26% growth)
- Monday – 21.22 crore (38% drop)

Now talked about trade figure, pk recorded highest Monday figures,its 4 day total collection is 114.5cr higher than hny 114cr all India figure.PK is by far the biggest non holiday hit of recent times and would be all time grosser if film sustain well in coming day which almost sure now.
Look at Aamir last 5 holiday releases.
2007- TZP still the biggest success counted in zober the movie belong to that too with clash with mass entertainer Welcome, if its was solo release than TZP could be 2nd highest grosser that time.
2008- Ghajini,all time grosser.
2009- 3idiots, all time grosser
2013- Dhoom 3 all time grosser
2014- PK may be all time grosser but a highest grosser of 2014 for sure.

You know fact that actor and director both are key element of a film success with popular heroine and good music.
Fact is Aamir fan haven’t given excuses which go against pk but you guys even forget the benefit that hny had.
It had Masala entertainer with perfect holiday release,CE was biggest grosser not just because of srk only,its because of Rohit shetty too.Same goes his biggest success in overseas with films like kkhh,kank,mnik or k3g all have a director like Karan who able to put the content strong to match srk stardom there.
But a hen comes to Aamir you guys come ahead to degrade bit you overlook all other factor when talks about Aamir.Whether be happy with pk success or get lost.

Sallu fans= straight pure ,introvative,some time bit aggressive but truth full/honest.
Amir fans= gentle,soft spoken,bit of manipulative but lazy/creepy.
