The king khan of bollywood forays into television soaps production to further entertain his audience. Shahrukh Khans Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd will air its first televison soap, a weekly comedy serial, “Ghar Ki Baat Hai” on NDTV Imagine.
Inspired from the 80’s hit television series ‘Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi’, Ghar Ki Baat Hai stars Juhi Babbar, Sumeet Raghavan, Swapnil Joshi and Jayati Bhatiants. The first shoot of this comic serial commenced on the 24th of January, 2009.
Ghar Ki Baat Hai is a humorous take on some of the situations of today’s time that audiences can easily relate to. Announcing this new series, Shahrukh Khan expressed his hope to entertain the audience week after week.
Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, directed by Ananth Mahadevan with Aziz Mirza as the creative director, Ghar Ki Baat will go on air every friday at 9:30 pm starting from the 30th of this month.
